Assistive Technology: Assistive Technology

Hi everyone! I am a first year teacher at The Noreen Cook Center for Early Childhood Education where I am teaching in the two year old classroom. I graduated from American University where I received my Elementary K-6 certification and additionally my Private School N-K certification. I am currently finishing my Special Education certification program at Cabrini College. Through this program I am taking an Assistive Technology course that will provide me with a comprehensive coverage of what, how, and why assistive technology is used in our classrooms today. As a component for this course I will be documenting about my journey with assistive technology through education.
